Automatic cashew nut cuttign machine
1. The chopping blades cut the materials at certain speed, by adjusting the speed of conveyor, the materials would be chopped into different sizes.
2. The chopped particles are selected through the vibrating screen.
3. Equipped with vibration screen, can grade the chopped granules into different levels. And the size of the mesh screen is custom-made.

Structure of Peanut Cutting Machine
It consists of three sections of feeding, chopping and classification which vibration feeding section can enable the peanuts to evenly fall into the container where the peanuts are being evenly chopped by rolling knives, in the classification section sieves of different sizes are installed which the peanuts into different sizes. By changing working speed of feeding conveyor to adjust the size of finished peanut particle.

Working Principle of Cashew Nut Chopper Machine:
Material discharged uniformly through the hopper, sent by conveyor to shredding bodies chopped, chopped material by vibrating grading to get required particles. 

The cutter reciprocating speed is constant, so changing the conveyor speed can achieve the purpose of adjusting particle size.
