Main Components of a Mango Pulp Production Line

a. Fruit Receiving and Washing System
This stage involves receiving fresh mangoes and cleaning them thoroughly to remove dirt, pesticides, and debris.

b. Sorting and Inspection

c. Peeling, Destoning, and Pulping

d. Refining

f. Filling and Packaging
The final pulp is filled into aseptic bags, drums, or consumer-sized containers (pouches, cans, bottles), depending on end-use. Aseptic filling ensures long shelf life without preservatives.
