Production Process
Pineapple Juice Production Process:
1. Raw material acceptance and cleaning: Use bubble cleaning machine or spray cleaning machine to thoroughly remove the mud and impurities on the surface of pineapple.
2. Peeling and core removal: Automatic peeling machine and core removal equipment process pineapple into pulp blocks that are convenient for subsequent processing.
3. Crushing and pulping: After the pineapple pulp is processed by the crusher, it enters the pulping machine to remove the coarse fiber and obtain fine pulp.
4. Enzymatic hydrolysis and filtration: In order to improve the juice yield and taste, some production lines will be equipped with enzymatic hydrolysis tanks and fine filtration systems.
5. Blending and homogenization: After adding appropriate amount of water, sugar or other ingredients, homogenization treatment is carried out to make the juice taste more delicate and consistent.
6. Degassing and sterilization: The vacuum degasser removes oxygen from the juice to increase the shelf life; the sterilizer sterilizes the juice at high temperature instantly.
7. Filling and packaging: The juice is filled into bottles, bags, boxes or other packaging containers through the filling machine, and finally sealed, labeled and other post-processing.
