Main Features of Wafer Making Machine:
1. Oven module is 27 molds, mold base is ductile iron, bakeware is heat-resistant cast iron, standard bakeware size is 325×470 mm; power transmission mechanism and walking wheels have obtained national patents; PID automatic temperature control, wafer uniform color.
2. The batter mixer is made of all stainless steel, with a dynamic and static ring blade type batter mixer, which can beat 25 kg of flour into batter within 3 minutes; the electrical design adopts IP55 waterproof design, and the batter mixer can be quickly rinsed with water.
3. The vertical cold film machine is made of all stainless steel and is driven by an independent motor.
