Description of Industrial Waffle Production Line
The soft waffle production line is mainly composed of a batter mixer, aeration foaming machine, a soft waffle oven, a network link cake machine, and a soft waffle cooler. The core equipment is the Kehua soft waffle oven. The oven is a hinged horizontal tunnel oven, divided into two series: electric oven and gas oven. The production line is highly automated, including automatic quantitative sizing, automatic temperature control of the oven, automatic speed control, and so on.
Performance and Characteristics of Waffle Production Line
1. The electrical materials of the entire soft waffle production line use CE-compliant electrical components; except for the bakeware, all parts in contact with food are made of 304 stainless steel, and the thickness of the sheet metal material of the oven insulation door is 1.2mm;
2. The air switch and contactor of the whole machine use high quality products;
3. Select OMRON products for the complete relay;
4. The oven is equipped with a safety (fault) sound/light alarm device;
5. The transmission parts of the machine are equipped with safety guards.
Application:
The soft waffle production line has the characteristics of high degree of fully automated control, flexible operation of each component of the production line, stable performance, long-term operation, compact structure, convenient maintenance, small footprint, high output, low energy consumption, and no environmental pollution. Only four operators are required for each production line.
