Production Process

Garlic Sauce Processing Flow:

1. Washing and peeling
Choose different pre-processing equipment according to the type of raw materials:
Fresh ginger: adopt drum washing and peeling machine. This equipment has efficient cleaning function and physical peeling device, which can effectively remove the skin of ginger and rinse off the surface sediment and impurities.
Garlic: Use the pneumatic garlic clove separator to separate garlic cloves, and then use the garlic peeling machine for quick peeling to ensure that the garlic cloves are intact and cleanly peeled.
2. Grinding
The cleaned and peeled raw materials enter the multi-functional mill for fine grinding, and the degree of grinding can be adjusted according to the demand of the products. This process is the key link that affects the fineness and taste of the sauce. Some of the equipments are equipped with double grinding function, which ensures the sauce particles are uniform, fine and smooth.
3. Mixing and Seasoning
Send the ground ginger, garlic or vegetable puree into the mixing tank and add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, oil, soy sauce, spices and other seasoning ingredients. A vacuum can be set during the mixing process to avoid oxidation and enhance the quality and color stability of the sauce. For flavor sauce, it can also add ingredients such as edamame, shrimp, mushrooms, etc. to enhance the added value of the product.
4. Filling
Seasoned sauces are fed into the automatic filling machine by high temperature transfer pump for quantitative filling. Common forms of packaging include glass bottles, plastic bottles, flexible packaging and so on. The filling machine can be equipped with optional capping machine, labeling machine, coding machine and other equipment to achieve fully automatic packaging line operation.
