Processing technology of fried sweet potato chips production line: sweet potato cleaning and peeling - cutting - rinsing - blanching - shaking and draining - frying - oil draining (air-drying and lifting) - seasoning - weighing and packaging.

1. Peeling: The sweet potatoes are first cleaned and peeled by the sweet potato cleaning and peeling machine.
2. Cutting: The peeled sweet potatoes are cut into slices by a high-speed flour cutter.
3. Rinse: The cut sweet potatoes enter the ozone disinfection vegetable washing machine to rinse the mucus on the surface.
4. Blanching: The rinsed sweet potato chips are put into the blanching machine for blanching to prevent deterioration of color and speed up dehydration.
5. Vibrate and drain: The blanched sweet potato chips enter the vibrating drainer to remove excess water.
6. Frying: The sweet potato chips after dewatering are sent to the fryer by the lifting conveyor for frying.
7. Draining oil (air-drying and lifting): After the fried sweet potato chips are drained by the air-drying elevator, they are sent to the mixer for seasoning.
8. Mixing: The mixing machine has an inclined seasoning drum, which can automatically control the speed and the capacity of the material. It is equipped with an automatic powder feeding device, which can adjust the size of the powder feeding, and fully mix the sweet potato chips and seasoning powder.
9. Weighing and packaging: The seasoned sweet potato chips are sent to the packaging machine by the lifting conveyor belt for vacuum packaging or ordinary packaging. If necessary, a weighing machine can be installed.
