Description of Imperial Roll Production Line
This automatic imperial roll production line is designed to make imperial roll, lumpiang shanghai, spring rolls and other types of foods that require dough skin wrappers.
Process :For rectangular shape, the nozzle sprays the paste on the heating drum. The paste will become a long shape pastry sheet because of the heating drum's temperature.
The cutter will cut the pastry sheet into rectangle or square shape piece by piece. The machine will pull each piece of the sheet to the fixed position.
The shape, szie & thickness for lumpiang shanghai could be can be adjusted to desired specifications.
The machine is easy to assemble, clean and maintain.All parts contacted with food are made of food grade stainless steel.
